Classes are held in different areas throughout the Y. We strive to accommodate all fitness levels. If you are new to a class, please let your instructor know. Modifications may be recommended. You are encouraged to work at your own pace. Have fun!
Personal Training at the Y is about learning correct form, connecting one-on-one with your trainer, and being pushed to your fullest potential. All of our trainers are certified, very knowledgeable, and will help you understand the importance of each exercise. Using various training techniques, they will help you push past your perceived physical limits, while helping you meet your specific goals.
